From August 1-3, 2025, the Gloucestershire Vintage & Country Extravaganza will be back to South Cerney Airfield, close to Cirencester. One of the most prominent and prestigious steam, vintage, and countryside events in the UK is celebrating its half-century anniversary this year. To top it all off, in their quest to offer one of the most budget-friendly family outings in Gloucestershire, the organisers have once again frozen entrance fees. There will be more than simply classic cars at this event. The Animal and Countryside Arena is home to the annual charity dog show, as well as other attractions like rare breeds, falconry demonstrations, and a vintage entertainment tent where you can enjoy live music, dance classes, and fashion exhibitions from yesteryear. An incredible day out for the entire family awaits at this event, which boasts a myriad of trade stands, crafts tents, a model village, food and drink stalls (including the We’ll Meet Again Tea Room), and free vintage bus rides.
